Happy Easter!!

Hi everyone!! We hope you all had a wonderful Easter having lots of fun with family and friends. With a bit of rain and sunshine it made for a fantastic break.

Lots of Socks
Before the Easter break our Pre-Primaries, along with the whole school, celebrated World Down Syndrome day on March 21st. We talked about how everyone is unique in their own special way. We all have things that make  us different and similar to each other.

Easter Hats
We were also very busy making our Easter hats for the Easter parade. Thank you to all of the parents who came in to help. We love having you help in the classroom.

We were very excited to show the whole school our beautiful hats!!!

Letter learning
We are finishing the last few letters of the alphabet this week and next....k, j, y. Please keep practicing your letters. The faster we can recall their sounds the better we will be at reading and writing.

OLC 20th Anniversary
Don't forget about the 20th Anniversary celebrations this Friday. All are welcome. Could you please bring a small morning tea to share with everyone on the day.

Parent Interviews
We are conducting parent interview on Wednesday and Thursday of this week, along with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of next week.

We look forward to a productive last week and a half of term 1.
Mrs Leahy and Mrs Martin
